INVENTO TCS 626E is a heavy-duty truck tire changer designed for professional mounting and demounting of tires for trucks, buses and commercial vans. It supports rim sizes from 14″ to 26″, with a maximum tire diameter of 1600 mm and a maximum tire width of 800 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of large vehicle wheels. The machine features a self-centering chuck, a sliding table for wheel positioning, and a bead breaking disc to handle demanding tire beads efficiently. Operation is managed from a mobile control unit, allowing the operator to work from a safe and convenient position around the machine, with controls for arm movement, carriage/table travel and chuck rotation direction. To support safe and reliable work, the TCS 626E includes key protection elements such as an emergency stop, hydraulic safety components (including a pressure relief valve set at 130 bar ±10% and check valves), and motor protection to reduce the risk of overload-related issues.
