The Hartmetal Ø 6 x 65 mm cutter is used both to calibrate the damaged hole for punctured tyres repaired with Minicombi or Remastem inserts and to remove damaged steel cord wires thanks to its special profile.
The Hartmetal cutter Ø 6 x 50 mm is a very durable cutter designed to calibrate the damage hole in the case of tyre punctures during repairs with Minicombi or Remast inserts. The specially adapted profile also enables the removal of damaged lines of steel cord. The Ø 6 x 65 mm cutter is designed for use on the outside and inside of passenger car and lorry tyres. The maximum speed for damage hole calibration is 2,500 rpm. The maximum speed for removing damaged steel cord lines is 25,000 rpm. Suitable for use with a 6 mm drill chuck or an NV 11 hexagonal tool holder with a 6 mm hole (cat. No. 519–6672).
