Copper Grease is a multifunctional copper-based assembly paste. It works perfectly as brake pad paste. How it works Its action is based on forming a particularly durable protective layer that is resistant to extreme temperatures, abrasion, and water washout. Application The product is intended for lubricating components exposed to friction forces at high temperatures, such as: friction pairs requiring a friction modifier, low-power electrical contacts, and threaded connections exposed to high temperatures and corrosive environments. It’s an ideal solution for every car workshop when servicing threaded joints, as it effectively protects all bolted connections exposed to heavy loads, preventing seizing and rusting. Wide range of uses The paste is designed for lubricating: brake shoe and pad guides, the rear surfaces of brake pads, pins and cross springs, disc brakes, assembly of bolted connections exposed to high loads, maintenance of threaded joints. Performs at high temperatures One of the key advantages of this product is its resistance to high temperatures. The non-melting grease retains its lubricating properties within a temperature range of -20°C to 200°C. At temperatures between 200°C and 600°C, it acts as a dry separating agent. Convenient to use The paste is supplied in a tightly sealed container that protects the grease from drying out, even with repeated use.
