Aluminium profiles, i.e. tread pressure plates, are indispensable accessories for Thermopress STANDARD and PNEUMATIK. They make it possible to carry out repairs faster, as well as to carry out repairs that are not covered by the standard Thermopress equipment. Equipping a vulcanising workshop with thermopress profiles enables the repair of damage to any area of a tyre while maintaining the correct shape. The profiles are made of aluminium to ensure good heat conduction and uniform temperature distribution in the repair area. The aluminium external profile type E is intended for repairing the outside shoulder of a truck tyre.
