Zinc wheel weights are an alternative to lead wheel weights, which are most popular on the Polish market. The springs (clips) guarantee stable seating of the wheel weight on the rim, at the same time allowing the wheel weight to be removed and remounted several times with no loss of its springiness. The special shape of the wheel weights assures universal application on almost all steel wheels, including French cars. Zinc wheel weights are the only ones permitted for use on passenger cars and delivery vans with a gross vehicle weight not exceeding 3.5t in Western Europe, as regulated by the Directive 2005/673/EC.
